Earl Oremus

Ed.M.

Earl Oremus, Ed.M., is the Headmaster Emeritus of Marburn Academy, a private, nonprofit, coed day school for 300 students in Columbus, OH.  For 27 years he led Marburn to design uniquely effective college preparatory instructional programs for bright children who were failing in school due to learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, and Executive Function issues.  At Marburn, all of these students graduate with their diploma and earn college acceptance. Marburn has been a state wide leader in reducing school failure by introducing better instructional models, better teacher training standards, and legislation to insure early identification and the early application of effective teaching methods for children with learning differences.

We are grateful for the support of community-minded foundations and corporations that help us bring the power of SMARTS to students everywhere.
