  • Peter is the Founder of PMH Advisors (, a Leadership Consulting, Executive Coaching and Team Facilitation company that helps executives and teams transition through periods of change.

  • Peter has more than 25 years of operating experience as a business executive. He is a proven leader across both large Fortune 50 and small venture/private equity-backed healthcare software and services companies.

  • Peter has worked extensively across the healthcare sector working with both small venture / PE-backed and large public SaaS technology and services companies including:

    • McKesson, MHS (now Change Healthcare)

    • BostonCIO

    • ShapeUp (now VirginPulse)

    • PatientKeeper (now a subsidiary of HCA)

    • ChartOne (now Ciox Health)

    • Health Payment Review (IPO, purchased by McKesson)

    • JPMorgan (now JPMorganChase)

  • Peter’s leadership experience includes roles as COO, EVP, General Manager and Vice President across 6 corporate executive teams.

  • Peter’s broad functional experience includes expertise in human capital development, post- merger integrations, executive and team coaching, messaging, positioning, and storytelling, customer experience development, product innovation, metrics and value assessment, and new market development. Across his career, Peter led the successful launch and growth of 15 new products and services.

  • Peter is a lifelong learner with certifications / continuing education in:

    • Negotiation and Leadership - (Negotiation Institute, Harvard Law School)

    • T eam Coaching (Corentus)

    • Business Strategy and Artificial Intelligence (The Sloan School at MIT)

    • Leadership and Transformation (Coaches Training Institute)

  • Peter is a Board member of Research ILD, Lexington, MA.

  • Peter enjoys spending time with his family and friends, wellness, photography, reading and

    learning, cooking and travel.

  • Peter has an MBA from Tuck Business School and a BA in History from Dartmouth.
